At Grenfell, we take pride in our heritage of craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not a perfect fit, you may return it within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Grenfell tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
